I get it. This isn't even a recipe. It's some avocado on bread. But honestly, if you think it's JUST AVOCADO AND BREAD, well, obviously, you're missing something. It's delicious. And filling. It's my go-to almost every morning. And sometimes in the afternoon. Because have you ever had an California avocado? They're heaven.
Toast some bread. Spread some avocado on top. Mine is perfect with some Maldon sea salt and a squeeze of lemon. But maybe red pepper flakes is more your thing. Maybe you have some leftover refried black beans. Throw an egg on top. (But it doesn't need an egg, I swear).
